Influenced by the naturalism in Tibetan culture and spiritual practice, she embraces spontaneity in both material and mind. Her process begins with automatic drawing or sculpting with clay, tracing intuitive responses and honest sensations to objects, people, and emotions. Clay serves as the skeleton of my pieces, onto which I add more materials as the flesh. She frequently starts the design process with bare hands, allowing automatic action to guide them and express the dynamic, spatial, and plastic sensations of the subconscious.
I want to invite you in, this motion in stillness. In these fleeting moments, our flesh bodies can be transformed into another form of being —— an absolute unity with the purely immaterial form of spirit. At instantaneous moments, the transcendental experiences can be frozen in the infinite subconscious ocean.
